This cake is very fast to do. To make the chocolate shards you need melted chocolate in whatever colors you want. Pore them on a lined sheet pan and using a knife or toothpick swirl the different colors around. Don't mess with it too much or it will all mix together too much. Let the chocolate harden and then cut into pieces. The cake is iced with buttercream and then I pored ganache over it and let it drip down the sides. Obviously these are two different cake sizes and it can be done in a million different ways.
