My niece Sienna decided that she wanted a rainbow birthday party . . . so this is what I came up with. I put some hills on top to help with the background and flowers to make it girly. There is of course a big rainbow, I cut out the back (made out of white fondant) and let it dry for a day or so to make it hard enough to stand on it's own. Then I added the colors and put it on the cake. No rainbow would be finished without a pot of gold!
