This cake is dedicated to my niece Averi. She loves Hello Kitty and all things pink so this cake is perfect for her. It is a 7 inch square cake covered in pink colored fondant. I hand cut Hello kitty out of different colored fondant and then stuck it onto the cake. You can't really see them in the picture but there are red flowers cut out and stuck all around the cake too. This was a very simple and fun cake to do.
