Happy New Year! Let's start out the year with a bang!
This cake was so fun and I just love how it turned out! It is a tall, skinny cake. The bottom tier, Charlies Brown's shirt, is an 8 inch round. Then Charlie Brown and a few friends are on the 6 inch round. Woodstock is flying around on a 4 inch round. Lastly, Snoopy and his doghouse are on top. I made the doghouse out of rice krispies and fondant. It was fun to make things look drawn, like the cartoon. The puffy clouds bring in an element of 3D to the cake.
