About Lindsey

I always enjoyed baking with my Mom when I was little and have many fond memories of chocolate chip cookies and cinnamon rolls. I took a cooking class in high school and ended up getting a couple of scholarships to culinary school. I decided to go to the Art Institute of Phoenix. I not only met the love of my life there but received a degree in Baking and Pasty. Since then I have worked in many different bakeries in Colorado, Arizona, California, and Utah. I have also made cakes out of my home. I do everything from wedding cakes to cupcakes and enjoy working with fondant. I have 4 wonderful kids and love when their birthdays come around and I get to go all out on their cakes. I love creating and decorating cakes.
