Baseball season is here! I had never made a baseball cap before, but it was pretty simple. I blew up a balloon the size I wanted for the cap, then cut the fondant to fit and put on the details. Doing the bill was just a matter of cutting it to fit the hat. I could have left it flat against the cake, but I wanted to give the cake more depth. It matches pretty perfectly if I do say so myself.
