Louis Vuitton
This cake was a copy of one of Louis Vuitton's bags. It is a bigger print and fewer colors, but it was as close as I could get it. I actually had cookie cutters that were really similar to the shapes on the bag. Putting the cake together was a snap and went really fast . . . it was making all the fondant colors and cutting out the shapes that took a while. But I was pretty happy with how it turned out and have actually made it a few times since then, very popular.

Sonic
Sonic the Hedgehog. There is nothing too extraordinary about this cake, but it gives you an idea of what can be done with fondant. You can make any character you want, great for kid birthday parties. I just free handed it, it was pretty fast too - you can do anything with fondant.

Zebra Sass
This cake was super easy and looks really cool. I just iced the cake like normal, rolled out black fondant and cut it into strips. Laying on the pattern was no trouble at all, just do whatever because ever zebra is different. The I added some pink fondant balls on the bottom for a little pop. Easy and fast.

April Showers and Babies
Spring is when the new babies come and this seemed like a perfect cake for the occasion. The lady in the dress is a butter cream squiggle design and the flowers are fondant cutouts. Very simple and very cute.

cupcake tier
Cupcakes are always fun and everyone loves to have a bite size piece of their own. Birthdays and cupcakes just go together, and stacking them up just makes it all the more fun.

First Birthday
The first birthday is always special. This was my son Rome's first birthday cake. He had his own little cake that he got to devour with his own hands. It was a 4 inch round cake that I covered in blue colored fondant. Just a simple 1 on the top and all of the other colors rolled into balls on the bottom. I made a big cut out 1 for everyone else to eat. I just chose some boy colors and cut fondant out into different sized stripes. Putting them on the cake took a little bit of time, but I think it turned out cute.
